how, how can I say anything but YES LORD!? He has made a way for me so so many times. He has let me mess up and try to do it all on my own so so many times, only to pull me back in gently with love, forgiveness and faithfulness …

Perfect love casts out all fear! 1 John 4:18 I know that. I believe that.
I’ve read it, I’ve told people it, but somewhere inside I realized I can believe it all day long for you, but not always for myself. That revelation this week was kinda rough. I’ll admit. Control was the root of my fear, and when God uncovered it for me, I pulled it up once and for all and He replaced that empty spot with more of His perfect love and gave me new eyes to see like Him.

Dear Lord, we thank You that Your love perfects all of our faults. That no matter how far we go, how long we wait, or how much we have done; that You never leave us or forsake us. You are faithful to finish what you start. Lord reveal to us right now the root of our fears, so we can pull them up and toss them in Your holy fire. Make clear Your path set before us and fill the empty places inside our hearts with your perfect love. In Jesus name we pray, Amen
